a beautiful sanctuary

I relocated to Malvern back in February 2020 and only just got moved into my flat days before the first lockdown of those pandemic years.
How could I have known what a sanctuary these hills would be for me.
I absolutely love living here. There are always new paths to discover, new stunning vistas to see, sunrises, sunsets, full moon nights.
It is known I have a habit of calling the Malvern Hills, 'my hills', I am sure I am not the only to do so!
There is a special kind of energy here, an area of outstanding natural beauty known for its healing waters.
Approximately 1.25 million people visit the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) annually. The broader Malvern Hills district attracts significantly higher numbers, with tourism data indicating over 3.5 million to 3.9 million visitors per year, including day trips and overnight stays, according to reports from Visit The Malverns and Malvern Hills District Council. Now, more than ever, I believe we are living in times where we need to support one another, our families, friends, and local communities. Through kindness, reciprocity and collaboration.
My friend Andy and I met on a group walk last year in January 2025, hiking up in those chilly but beautiful hills. Through our friendship and collaboration we have created a sanctuary, a retreat nestled in these Malvern hills.
People visiting the area can stay in our spacious airbnb Loft apartment for 2 guests
We have a stunning party room for hire, perfect for small gatherings, workshops or regular group meetings
Throughout the year we hold non-residential one day and weekend wellbeing retreats.
We are thrilled to be able to provide a safe space, a sanctuary for wellbeing in nature, a quiet place simply to rest and chill-out for people living in or visiting the Malvern area.
